Our friends at Washington Department of Transportation seem to have decided late last week that their power point presentation on the Commerce Corridor Study wasn't quite fit for public consumption. They aren't linking to it anymore from their Feasibility Study page, so you wouldn't even know it exists if you stop by there, but it's still available online at:
